Gareth Cross wears an impressive Tash to raise awareness and funds for Manx MSA Trust.

Gareth tweeted:
Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) is a progressive neurological disorder that affects adult men and women. It is caused by degeneration or atrophy of nerve cells in several (or multiple) areas of the brain which can result in problems with movement, balance and autonomic functions of the body such as bladder and blood pressure control. This Movember I am sporting this Mo to raise awareness of this sh*tty disease and the work that my good friend is doing to understand and eradicate it. I'll post updates as I go and I will explain more about the Manx MSA Trust, their work and their goals. In the interim why not take a look at their website www.manxmsa.com? There's option to donate funds directly to the Trust should you feel so inclined. Now... let the p*ss taking commence #movember #mo #allforagoodcause #msa #gibraltar #iom

Good man Gareth. Thank you.
